On Thursday, November 12, we’re excited to welcome Chef Adam Pawlak of Egg & Flour to Birch for a one-night-only pop-up dinner.
Adam is a Milwaukee native who has built Egg & Flour around something wonderfully simple: handmade pasta, made from scratch every day. His cooking is rooted in his Italian-American upbringing, but after years spent cooking in Milwaukee kitchens, Egg & Flour has become very much its own expression of our city.
For one night, Adam and Chef Kyle will bring their kitchens together at Birch for a collaborative menu built around great pasta, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of food both chefs love to cook and eat. It’s especially fun for us to make this one a Milwaukee collaboration—two chefs with very different restaurants sharing a kitchen for the night.
Reservations are available from 5:00–9:00 p.m., and guests may book any available seating time throughout the evening. The experience is $110 per person, with beverages, tax, and gratuity additional.
