We’re excited to welcome the team from Emmett in Philadelphia to Birch for a one-night-only pop-up dinner. Emmett has earned a devoted following for its thoughtful, seasonal cooking and warm, neighborhood hospitality. It’s exactly the kind of restaurant we love—chef-driven, ingredient-focused, and deeply rooted in a sense of place.

For one night, they’ll take over the Birch kitchen with a menu that showcases their perspective while celebrating the ingredients and cooking that bring us together. It’s a rare opportunity to experience one of Philadelphia’s standout restaurants here in Milwaukee. We’ll be pairing the evening with a wine list selected to complement the menu, making for a dinner that’s all about great food, great wine, and great company.

Reservations are available from 5:00–9:00 p.m., and guests may book any available seating time throughout the evening. The experience is $110 per person, with beverages, tax, and gratuity additional.
