On Saturday, September 13, Birch is teaming up with Fradei Bistro from Brooklyn for a one-night-only pop-up tasting menu, featured during our regular Saturday night service. Chef Zach Nelsen is bringing the thoughtful, seasonal cooking that makes Fradei so special, with a multi-course menu rooted in simplicity and soul. Fradei co-owner Clem Beachet will be on hand pouring wine pairings in the style of their Brooklyn list—easy-drinking, expressive bottles from small producers, pulled from Birch’s cellar for the night. It’s going to be a laid-back, delicious evening—just the way we like it.
