On Wednesday, August 12 we're excited to welcome Chef Juan from Malagón in Charleston, South Carolina. Last year Chef Kyle took a short trip to Charleston and ate there twice because he had fallen in love with this cooking! We decided to bring to Milwaukee and create a feast that will feel less like a formal tasting menu and more like being invited to a Spanish dinner party. Guests move through the meal by sharing plates, pouring wine, and lingering over each course. Birch's ingredient-driven approach meets Malagón's tapas tradition to create a dinner that is generous, seasonal, and distinctly collaborative.

Reservations are available from 5:00–9:00 p.m., and guests may book any available seating time throughout the evening. The experience is $110 per person, with beverages, tax, and gratuity additional.
